Pricing and Services – This are indicative prices only. Actual prices may vary with amount of work involved.

Basic Bookkeeping charges:

  • Sole Proprietor business - from $800 @ Quarterly
  • Partnership business – from $1000  @ Quarterly
  • Private Limited business – from $1200 @ Quarterly

Note: These are indicative prices only. Bookkeeping fees will be higher for accounts with greater number of transactions.

Typical accounts will consist of the following:

  • 1 Company Current account.
  • 1 Petty Cash account.
  • 1 ~ 20 AR accounts
  • 1 ~ 20 AP accounts
  • 1 ~ 20 Staffs Salary listing.
  • $1~ $100,000 Monthly Turn-over

We can provide services for Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly Services. But we strongly recommend Quarterly Services as the best way of monitoring your accounts.

On-Site Bookkeeping Services (at customers premises)

  • Once a week  – 4 times a month – from $500
  • Twice a week – 8 times a month – from $1000
  • Once an alternate week – 2 times a month – from $300

Other items charged separately:

  • Printing & Stationery  – (ribbon, files, papers, Photostatting cost)
  • Transport & Delivery  – (mileage claim for delivery & collecting documents)
  • Telephony – (Phone or Faxing for any inquiry)
  • Toll & Parking – (Car parking, toll fee claim)
